In recognition of our experience, training and service excellence, ITC are able to offer clients a 25 Year Product, System and Application guarantee through Molex’s Global Warranty program.

Providing one of the most comprehensive warranty programs in the industry, this program combines all of the key elements of the cabling infrastructure: design,
cable, connecting hardware, installation, testing and commissioning to create
a homogenous system.

Warranty Coverage - 25 Years

Molex Premise Networks warrants the following for a period of 25 years from the date of issue of the Registration Certificate to the end user:

  • Component Warranty
    All components of the Certified Cabling System shall be free from manufacturing
    defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper usage.
  • System Performance Warranty
    The links/channels of the Certified Cabling System will comply with the category of end-to-end performance that the system is certified to.
  • Application Assurance Warranty
    The Certified Cabling System will be free from defects that prevent the operation of standards based applications/ protocols over the category of end-to-end performance that the system is certified to. The applications/ protocols shall be those recognized by standards bodies IEEE, ANSI, ATM Forum and sanctioned specifically for transmission over the category of cabling standards defined in TIA/EIA 568B, ISO/IEC 11801 and AS/NZS 3080:2000.
ITC standards & training

To offer this warranty and achieve Certified Installer recognition, ITC engineers have gone through extensive training, shown sound reputation as a cabling installer within the market, and proven long-term financial stability. Our engineers are also required to participate in BICSI accredited training programs, covering installation practises, testing guidelines and application standards.
