QUALITY ASSURANCE

What makes us tick?

At ITC, we commit to providing you with the most cost-effective infrastructure to support your business needs, not just for today, but for tomorrow’s applications. Quality and service commitment is a fundamental element of this and is something you’ll instinctively notice when dealing with ITC.

Key to all of this is ITC’s strict code of conduct. Focusing on standards compliance, technical competence and professional training, it also influences the way we work
and relate as a team, and most importantly, with our clients. Our WIN/WIN approach
is a good example of this. Here are some of the key elements that are fundamental
in the way we work:

  • Customer understanding
  • Standards Compliance & Quality Control
  • Technical Competence & Training
  • Project Management
  • Customer Service
  • Warranty Promise
  • Manufacture Accreditations & Technology Partners

CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING

We define this as our WIN/WIN approach. ITC will only provide you with the right solution for your business. When designing a new network, our engineers work closely with you to understand your business needs and long-term strategies, thus allowing them to provide the most cost-effective, future proof solution. This in turn means that you’ll want come to us again for future projects – A WIN for both parties!

STANDARDS COMPLIANT & QUALITY CONTROL

Whether looking at manufacturer and industry standards, sound testing and installation practices, or customer care, these requirements are viewed by ITC as ESSENTIAL minimum expectations of a Cabling Installer. As mentioned below, our accredited professionals and commitment to customer service ensures that these
standards are not simply met but are well exceeded.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCE & TRAINING

ITC’s code of conduct requires all engineers to be trained to BICSI level (RCDD for
the designer & BICSI Technician for the engineer) and have a minimum of 3 years UK experience of cabling infrastructure. They must also have the relevant manufacturer product knowledge and training. Health & Safely procedures are strictly followed
to endorsed industry recognised standards. As part of the BICSI scheme, senior engineers are also required to keep abreast of new technologies and industry developments, ensuring that clients are able to benefit from the most cost-effective
and future-proof networks.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ensuring a project runs smoothly, on time and within budget requires experienced project management. At ITC, this process starts well before a contract has even been won! From initial scope, right through to testing and completion, an experienced Project Manager will work with all parties each step of the way, taking responsibility
for a successful completion.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is everyone, not a department. Each member of staff is trained
and committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. Whether ensuring that service levels are met, or offering open, friendly advice, your dedicated account manager will always be on hand. Furthermore, our geographic focus – Central London & Canary Wharf - enables us to provide a better, more focused, fully managed service at competitive cost.

WARRANTY PROMISE

ITC offer clients a 25 Year Product, System and Application guarantee. Underwritten
by industry leading manufacturers with these warranties being of the most comprehensive programs available, combining all of the key elements of the cabling infrastructure.

MANUFACTURE ACCREDITATIONS & TECHNOLOGY PARTNER

For quality assurance of products used, ITC only partner with trusted industry leading manufacturers. All installers are required by the manufacturers to complete extensive training to ensure familiarity and standards adherence.

BICSI

ITC is also an accredited member of BICSI - an International not-for-profit telecommunications association, promoting professional conduct and quality standards within the industry, by providing excellent education, promoting skill sharing, and assessing knowledge with professional registration programs. As highlighted above, ITC have adopted the BICSI scheme of training for our engineers, including the highly acclaimed RCDD program.
